As I was out running errands this week, the words "born that man no more may die" pierced my heart, and I drove home with a few last minute gifts and a renewed appreciation of The Gift.
This is the heart of Christmas. This is the reason He came.
I just thought that your "moment" reminded me of the one I mentioned at Deanna's today. (John can not see "the moment," but I can and Deanna can and I think you'll be able to as well.) It's one of those lightbulb ones that folks speak of.
Yes, Vee, I see "the moment"...and oh how glorious it is when one such moments happens in your own heart. When an eternal truth dawns on you...well, there is just nothing like it!
We are thinking in similar veins today! He is definitely in the sheep rescuing business. Praise God.
