Walking

There are seasons of life when that is what we do. We walk.

No running.

Certainly no soaring.

Just walking.

And "doing the next thing."

All by His grace...

  4. Trudge, trudge, trudge. Praying for some joy in the journey. Without it, life grows very dull indeed. Love to you all...

  5. Sometimes in our zeal to accomplish we forget how good just walking is. One step at a time. We don't need the big picture. Thanks for this and enjoy fall moments!

  6. Yes, indeed. One foot in front of the other, one step at a time. One of my favorite verses.

  7. I think it's important to remind ourselves and one another about "walking". And "doing the next thing" (Elisabeth Elliot, I believe, was known to say that). Let's keep our eyes on the goal and "press on" - stay in forward motion. Don't shrink back!

  8. So true. If we continue to walk we'll have opportunity to soar gain. Great reminder!
