we would come visit you christmas but i heard my brotherinlaw came to door and by time you got house cleaned up before letting him in 3 hours had passed
(But just for the record, I did not refuse to let Tommy in...I was just embarrassed that someone whose home is always tidy should enter mine in its quite untidy state! Re-read that post... http://thinking-about-home.blogspot.com/2010/11/getting-ready-for-uncle-tommy.html)
Cheryl, Thank you for stopping by my blog and even more for your kind words. ALS is an ugly disease and is difficult for all involved. I pray your friend knows the LORD, for without Him, I would have been a real mess.
Even these many months later, your words bless me because the holidays are still hard with Mom gone. I just don't think we are ever old enough to lose our mom.
What a beautiful family portrait, Cheryl. I love it that you even included Pinky. Wishing you a wondrous Christmas, too ....
