Not to Impress, But to Bless
I promised to share one of my "go to" appetizer recipes with you today.
Did I also tell that it is easy? It is!
I began by making a Faux Goat Cheese Log. (You can make the cheese log a day or two ahead.) I added crackers, red grapes, and a few sprigs of rosemary from my herb garden. (You could add whatever herb you have. Or whatever your market has. Or you could leave it off; it is only a garnish.) Then I arranged it all on a square white plate and returned to my dinner preparations.

ReplyDeleteSounds simple, looks pretty, and must be delicious! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteNow that is totally new to me..."faux" goat cheese! Great idea I'll have to try. I always have feta on hand, and I almost always have cream cheese, too... I love goat cheese, but only buy it occasionally!
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy!
