As the name of my blog indicates, I spend a lot of time thinking about home. Of course, my Heavenly Home is the one that is eternal, so that’s where I need to lay up my treasures, and that’s the one I’m striving for. But in the meantime, I have been given this tiny piece of the here-and-now—this home on the edge of town, this family, this neighborhood—in which to serve Him. And, though this is in the earthly realm, I want the things that happen here to be investments in the Heavenly realm.

A Sneak Peek . . .
It was one of the most beautiful days of my life. To God be the glory!
It's fine because I understand emoji! The pictures are trickling in, and I love every single one of them! I'll be sharing some of the details as soon as I'm able to take the time . . .
A very pretty, classic looking bride, how wonderful for you! All grown up and now leaving the "nest", will pray for you and your husband as you adjust to the new "normal".
Dear Cheryl, what a joy for me to visit you this morning, I have read the previous posts and was so blessed by all of the love, blessings and joy being received and given by loved ones. Congratulations and best wishes to Kati and Andrew! Looking forward to you sharing of this most blessed day. Blessings, Sue
