While Ryan and Sarah and the children were visiting, my dear friend (and talented photographer) Frances gave us a precious gift. She graciously came, camera in hand, and recorded some of our rare moments together.
Thank you, Frances...with all my heart...
Beautiful, wonderful, special, delightful....such treasure.

ReplyDeleteCheryl, it was such a complete and utter joy to take photos for you. I loved every moment, from the time I pulled into your driveway and saw all the precious faces, to the moment I handed you the disc. I'm so thankful we were able to capture some special moments. Thank you for the honor.
ReplyDeleteAnd truly ... when we think of the depth of love we feel as we look upon the faces of our dear ones, it does stir our hearts to consider what it will be when we catch our first glimpse of the Lover of our Souls. It will be far more than Wonderful.
What a treasure these photos are for you, as is your family! And I consider Amy Carmichael's writings a treasure too ... thanks for sharing this quote.
ReplyDeleteOh this is such a great post! Your photographer friend is very talented. All the love is clearly visible. I adore the quote...perfect. And I love the "jump" photo. John was just looking through and he said, "Oh look! They're being raptured!" I loved that, too. =D
